Today I went for the predeparture seminar by Melbourne Uni. And I am seriously shocked. There are 20 people at least who are going to study vet at melbourne university. To give everyone an idea of how much that is, there are only about 120 licensed vets in singapore currently. So that means 20 is a really huge number, something like 16% of the total vet population in singapore. And lets not forget that there are several more vet schools out there. Seriously, I have no idea how I am going to find a job next time. Shall not worry for now I guess, but the number is still kinda shocking.
