today did some wushu n train physical plus runnin abt 3km I tink b4 goin home. Quite pls wif today's progress. Hope i wun screw up tmr's performance. I have been thinking upa plan of how to maximise my time, which is really running out. So here it is:
For wushu:
1) Run at least 2.4 km or more thrice a week or more. Do dashes up slopes if possible
2) Do 100 tucks jumps or more everyday. Subjected to increase
3) Do the abs excercise abt 3 times a week. Subjected to time availiable
4) Watch my diet: no sweet drinks, less carbo, more veges and plenty of water
5) Dun kill or injure myself while doing wushu
6) Juz do some form of excercise everyday
For studies:
1) Listen in lectures
2) Do all tutorials
3) Do some form of revision each day, best is tutorials
4) Dun blog or come online so often
5) Only watch the 3 programmes that are approved(CSI, desperate housewives n gundam seed)
6) Less computer games, only allowed to play them on Saturdays
tt's it. Hope I can stick to the plan. Will change it once wushu comp is over.
